Pineapple, Tahitian Lime and Lemongrass Caipirinha

Ingredients:

  • 70ml Saliníssima cachaça
  • 6 to 8 pieces of pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ Tahitian lime
  • 10g Lemongrass
  • Ice

Method of preparation:

Add together the chopped lemongrass, the sliced lime, and sugar, and muddle. Add ice and the cachaça and stir well.
